recallo is a flashcard and study application operated by Thomas Blake in the United Kingdom.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, first name and surname, and encrypted password. Only your name is visible to other users.
We collect app usage data to provide learning features, including time spent studying, number of flashcards studied, daily study streaks, cards marked as difficult, and publicly shared flashcard sets (if you choose to share them). This data is tied to your account and used only within recallo.
Payments for recallo Study (one-time payment of GBP 4.99) are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit or debit card details. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing information, and transaction records. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to this data.
We use your information to create and manage your account, provide flashcard and study features, process payments and confirm purchases, improve app performance and learning features, respond to support and legal inquiries, and maintain platform security and prevent abuse.
If you choose to share flashcards publicly, those flashcards and your name may be visible to other users. Your email address and private study data are never public.
We use Supabase to securely store user data and authentication credentials. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure database access controls, and limited internal access to personal data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We process your personal data under the following legal bases: contract (to provide recallo's services), consent (for account creation and optional public sharing), and legitimate interest (to improve and secure the platform).
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, object to certain data processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact recallo.help1@gmail.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable time unless legal obligations require retention.
recallo is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside the UK. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via the app or email.
