These Terms of Service govern your use of recallo, operated by Thomas Blake. By creating an account or using recallo, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use recallo.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may use recallo for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to abuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform; share harmful, illegal, or offensive content; misrepresent your identity; or scrape or reverse-engineer the app.
You retain ownership of your flashcards and study content. By making flashcards public, you grant recallo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove public content that violates these Terms.
recallo offers a one-time payment of GBP 4.99 for recallo Study. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, contact recallo.help1@gmail.com.
recallo may be in active development and may contain bugs, downtime, or data loss. The service is provided as is, features may change or be discontinued, and we are not responsible for loss of data or study progress.
You may stop using recallo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, recallo and Thomas Blake are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless recallo and Thomas Blake from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of recallo means you accept the updated Terms.
